This audio IC chip is soldered on the logic board (a logicboard is the same as a motherboard, it’s what controls everything on the phone.).

How to Temporary Fix

Fortunately, there is one way to get this phone up and running so you can use it temporary. Keep in mind your iPhone 7 will not be fully functional when it comes to anything in regards to using your speaker as the Audio IC Chip is the cause of this issue. 1. Turn off the device, if the phone is currently on and you can’t turn it off, you can force shut it off by holding the volume down and the power button together until it shuts off.

2. Turn on your phone by pressing the power button, let go once its on.

3. Hold and put a lot of pressure with your fingers at the location shown in the image below.

4. Keep holding until phone turns on and then you can let go.

How to Permanently Fix

In order to get the iPhone 7 that’s stuck at the apple logo fixed, you need to take the whole phone apart to get to the logic board and then use special micro-soldering tools to get the Audio IC Chip taken out and placed back properly.
